All my items were sent quickly. They were all carefully wrapped to protect them from shipping and handling problems. I had no need to contact customer service since everything was done satisfactorily. I will certainly purchase from this vendor again.

I have to admit I was very leery at buying a cell battery at this low price. Everyone else was charging full retail or maybe 10 off. I ordered 2 and have had no problem with either. I would definitely use them again.
