I have owned 3 other bluetooth headsets and neither of them worked as good as this one. It may be because I was using an Samsung phone and not an samsung headset but in both cases they provided poor quality for both hearing others and for others being able to understand me. This is the first one that I have ever had that performs flawlessly with Instinct
